Mae Wang Elephant Camp One Day Private Tour

We will start our journey in Chiang Mai and driveto Mae Wang elephant camp,which is located in the bautiful countryside of Mae Tang district. On arrival  at the camp the mahouts will wash the elephants in the river before leading them back through the jungle where you can learn about the elephant life and get the opportunity to feed them bananas and sugar cane. The camp we will visit treats animals with kindness and respect. We will ride the elephants 45 minutes through the beautiful scenery of the rice fields and the inspiring surroundings of the jungle. Spending time with this magnificent animal is an unforgettable experience.

After riding we will journey by bamboo raft along the Mae Wang river and enjoy wonderful nature along the way.

Then we will have lunch in the local Thai restaurant and enjoy the Mae Wang river view. You can try local delicious food from a buffet, and sample the ever impressive range of seasonal fruits whilst enjoying the river view. In the afternoon we will visit a beautiful local waterfall ( Mae Wang waterfall ) to relax and take a short trek in the waterfall area. Then return to Chiang Mai
